The Catawba River, named after a Native American tribe, is a tributary of the Wateree River. This adventure features Culp Island, as well as plant (Rocky Shoals Spider Lilies) and animal life. Wildlife that may be spotted are alligator, duck, hawk, eagle, Heron and osprey. Anglers may find Largemouth Bass, Striped bass, White Perch, White bass, Crappie, Channel Catfish, Arkansas Blue Catfish and Bream.
